T or U visa holder b. An individual granted temporary protected status (TPS) c. An individual without lawful immigration status d. Students with DACA status AND 2. who meets one of the following education criteria a. NYS High School Attendance  Attended a NYS HS for 2 or more years  Graduated from a NYS HS  Enrolled in  Undergrad within 5 years  Grad within 10 years b. NYS High School Equivalency  Received a NYS HSE diploma  Enrolled in  Undergrad within 5 years  Grad within 10 years c. Charged NYS resident in-state tuition rate at a SUNY or CUNY college for any reason A Student whose permanent home is NOT in NYS... 1. who meets one of the following immigrations status criteria a.
