Our program develops self-aware, wholly curious, and compassionate coaches focused on conscious leadership. Our program partners with companies in the healthcare industry and pairs our students with clients to coach throughout the course. Our healthcare specific courses are taught by physicians and those in academic medicine, who are also professional coaches.
