How To Update Your Directory Information (NCAF Fellowship Sites)

Updating the NCAF Fellowship Directory Fellowship Sites Only Overview This presentation was created with the intent to help fellowship sites create and update their fellowship listing for the public facing NCAF fellowship directory hosted on the NCAF website. The directory can be found here . Members can also view the directory in the member portal. This aide will provide instructions for: •Accessing Member365 •Accessing the Fellowship Directory •Updating your information Accessing Member365 •Members will need to log in to the member portal, which can be accessed here. •Once logged in, users will see the dashboard above. •If you need assistance logging in, reach out to ncaf@nchl.org Accessing the fellowship directory 4 •Members will need to find My Directory Listing under the My Account menu. Updating your information •Confirm you have the NCAF Administrative Fellowship Directory selected in blue (as shown above). •At the very bottom of the page, you will find a green Edit Directory Listingbutton. Updating your information •Here are the categories of information that can be shared through the fellowship directory. •Users do not need to complete all aspects, but we highly encourage that you complete as much as possible. Updating your information •There are four response sets in case fellowships have more than one type of fellowship/program.
