The virtual conference will be held on an innovative and powerful platform that will allow for both live speakers, on-demand content, exhibition space (booths) where suppliers can provide information and live chat to interested parties, as well as promote their products and services. We have decided to offer sponsorship opportunities at a reasonable rate that provide exclusive exposure during the event – through banners, booths, and premium classed promotion of your company. Opportunities All opportunities include your company logo in rotating carousel in the lobby Opportunity Amount # of Opportunities Sponsorship of the virtual conference platform that is running the event + Large Booth + premium banner + up to 2 registrations included $1500 1 Sponsorship of live speaker + medium booth + banner above chat during speaker + 1 registration included $750 8 Sponsorship of student booth 1 + medium booth of your own + 1 registration included $750 1 Exhibitor booth – medium $500 For all Associate members Exhibitor booth - small $250 For all Associate members Exhibitor Booths Each booth will have the ability to livestream, be able to download a list of all attendees, as well as analytics on attendee activity.
