Members can register for free here: http://bit.ly/VTMAFREG ● Is the agenda for the virtual event available? ○ Yes, our TMAF Agenda is available here: http://tmaf.myescenter.com/ESC_TMAF_Agenda.pdf ● What time zone does the event take place in? ○ The event will operate in the Eastern Time Zone. ● How long will the virtual event be available online? ○ The virtual event will be available through January 4, 2021 to all registrants. Exhibitor Benefits & Tips ● How many admins should I have for my booth? ○ We recommend no more than 5 admins for your booth. All admins need to be registered for the Virtual TMAF. ● Will exhibitor attendees have access to all conference sessions and features? ○ Exhibitors may access and are encouraged to attend all educational sessions, networking sessions, and the exhibit hall. ● Is the ESC doing anything specifically to encourage attendees to visit the virtual exhibit hall? ○ The ESC will provide regular reminders throughout the event for attendees to visit the exhibit hall both during the dedicated show hours and schedule event breaks. ESC will engage in the gamification of the exhibit hall to encourage participants to visit as many booths as possible. ● What are the interactive engagement opportunities? ○ Exhibitors may attend text-based, topic-based networking sessions and educational sessions with text-based chat to network with our members. A chat feature is available in all exhibit hall booths, for text-based chat with members. ● Will exhibitors be able to request meetings with attendees and other exhibitors? ○ Exhibitor-Attendee matchmaking is not a feature of the VconferenceOnline Platform. Analytics? ○ The post-event exhibitor report will include contact information for all booth visitors, as well as analytics on the PDFs, brochures, or documents downloaded or external videos viewed by each visitor. Unfortunately, analytics are not available on viewed embedded videos or images. ● Is ESC offering sponsorship opportunities? ○ Yes, you can view our sponsorship opportunities here: http://bit.ly/VTMAFSponsor ● How can the exhibitor stand out from the competition in the virtual environment? ○ Exhibitors who provide visually interesting booths, and not just a list of downloads will do well in this visual, virtual environment. Exhibitors who host games or provide opportunities to win prizes should also expect to see greater traffic. Additionally, participating in the sessions and contributing to a meaningful discussion with our members should drive additional traffic to your booth for additional conversations. Online Profile & Logistics ● How flexible will the company page be in design? ○ Exhibitors can customize the page with their choice of background design and can include as many sections within their booth as is practical. Exhibitors can embed videos and images into their booth sections to make it more visually interesting. ● Is there a sample of the Exhibitor profile page? ○ Yes, examples of the VConferenceOnline exhibit booths are available in the attached PDF document “How To Set Up Your Exhibitor Booth.” ● How do I login to the virtual event? ○ All Exhibitor attendees will register for the event in advance. You will then be able to log into the event, just as any attendee, using your business email and password that you create during registration. However, the show will include dedicated show hours at the following times: ■ Tuesday, October 6 th ● 10 AM-11 AM ● 12:40 PM – 1:00 PM ● 2:10 PM – 2:30 PM ● 3:35 PM – 3:55 PM ● 4:40 PM – 5:00 PM ■ Wednesday, October 7 th ● 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM ● 12:05 PM – 12:20 PM ● 1:25 PM – 1:40 PM ● 3:20 PM – 3:40 PM ● Are Exhibitors required to have a representative logged in during the above-mentioned set hours? ○ No, having a representative from the exhibiting company logged in is encouraged, but not required. ● If we want to add videos to our booth what is the length required and file format? ○ There is no specified video length required. Any MP4 file, or YouTube/Vimeo link can be embedded in the booth. ● What is the timeline and due dates for building a booth? ○ All booths should be built and ready for viewing no later than Monday, September 28, 2020.
